Terumoh & Maaser
According to Jewish law, produce grown in the Land of Israel must have terumah and maaser separated before it can be eaten. In Temple times, these portions were given to the Kohanim, Leviim, the poor, or eaten in Jerusalem. Today, although we no longer give out these portions or eat them in Jerusalem, we are still required to separate and designate them.
Produce that has not yet had these portions removed is called tevel, and it is forbidden to eat it. This applies even if the food will be eaten outside Israel, and the obligation is the same for Kohanim, Leviim, and Yisraelim.
Since the Manchester Beth Din has designated perutah chamuras Terumoh & Maaser can be taken on any quantity of produce.
